Payment:
Payment must be made exclusively via PayPal invoice, in full at the start of the order.I will only begin your order after full payment is received.I accept payments plans for orders from $150 or more.Installments are limited to three payments for orders between $150 and $250, and up to five payments for orders over $250.

Communication
All communication regarding your order must take place via email.
Please do not contact me about commissions through my social media channels; I might not see your message.
You can track your order status on my Trello board.Process
After receiving payment, I will begin your order within a maximum of one and a half weeks (10 days).
When volume allows, orders listed on Trello are worked on in pairs or trios to maintain steady progress.
I work on orders in the order they appear on Trello.
Orders are processed based on the order of payment, not the order of arrival.
You are entitled to one private update per week (updates initiated by me do not count toward this limit). Trello remains accessible at all times for you to check your order status.Revisions
In general:
Major corrections can only be made during the sketching phase. After that, any major structural changes will require additional payment.
Corrections for my own errors are made free of charge.
I will make a maximum of 5 revisions per stage.Regarding references and design customization:
Major corrections must be made during their respective process phases; I will not go back and make edits later, even if offered payment. I will make a maximum of 10 revisions per stage.Wait time
Completing your piece may take 1 _{(30 days)} to 5 months _{(152 days)} from the time the sketch is approved.
The wait time may vary depending on:
