General Terms

Refunds

Process
▸ All commissions in the queue are made together and divided into stages, aiming to maintain a uniform progression. Due to this, orders are delivered in order of completion.
The process follows this order.
Sketch > Lineart > Base colors > Render
▸ You are entitled to two updates per week.
Review
▸ Major corrections can only be made during the sketch phase. After this, you will be charged a fee whose value varies depending on the change you wish to make.
▸ Correction of my errors are done at no extra cost.
Completion time
▸ Completion time is from 1 week to 10 weeks, depending on the work to be done, waiting list and possible events that may occur.
▸ Delivery time must be counted from the approval of the sketch.
▸ only work with deadlines of at least 1 month.
▸ I must warn you that I only work on weekdays, but I can answer questions and receive orders on any day of the week.
Delivery
▸ Delivery will be made by email, 1 to 3 days after the end of the commission, in order to correct possible errors.
